PLEASURE MOB RELEASE FREE TRACK “PRISONER” THROUGH CLASH MUSIC
25th July 2011
RD 25th July 2011 (via Clash Music)
London based indie punk funk dance hybrid Pleasure Mob are about to release their track Prisoner to the masses through music magazine Clash Music.
Prisoner is a strange modern pop song; with it’s tails of sexual submission, it’s not for the faint hearted. The track is an appraisal of the weird and wonderful world of sexual misadventure and the fate of the songs central character mirrors some notable celebrity sex tragedies.
The melodies by contrast are sweet and upbeat. The band display an electro-clash of influences that merge a cacophony of spiky beats, rumbling guitars, accapela vocals bleeding as a whole into bold atmospheric synth rock.
To celebrate the launch of the track Pleasure Mob will be doing a single launch party with Cool For Cats at the Old Blue last on the 26th July 2011 – click here for more information
